Smoothies is one of my perfect nutritious favorite breakfasts on the go. To make a smoothie that is nutritionally dense and packed with vitamins and minerals, you don’t need fancy ingredients. You can make a really healthy smoothie with simple vegetables, greens and commonly used fruits.

Blackberries, Blueberries & Strawberries: This trio of berries is packed with antioxidants, vitamin C and fiber.I have combined these berries with Oat milk, a handful of almonds and Pom juice to give a creamy texture and a pretty purple color. Very easy to make and is ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk (zero sugar) 
  • 1/3 cup Strawberries  
  • 1/3 cup Black Berries 
  • 1/3 cup Blue Berries 
  • 6 to 7 almonds 
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate juice 
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend smooth. 
  2. Serve in individual glasses and top it up with few sliced berries.
  3. The berries can be fresh or frozen.
