The Evening Routine

These activities are best done between 8 pm and 10 pm - the kapha time of day, when you feel fatigue from your productive day.

  1. Consume Triphla

Triphla is a well-known traditional Ayurvedic formula made of three fruits: haritaki, amalaki, and bibhitaki. It said to stimulate cleansing and purification of the digestive tract while replenishing the body cells. Taking Triphla before bed may help in regular elimination.

  1. Proper Sleep

Sleep is critical for the body's recovery from daily stress. As our minds relax during sleep, our bodies can concentrate on digesting, metabolizing, and repairing. Not only do our bodies' tissues replenish and repair, but our thoughts and emotions may digest and release stress as well.
